Maker, Model, Man and Machine
On a forecasted showery Tuesday evening in May we were able (between the showers) to enjoy viewing machines both classic and modern. With nearly 20 vehicles on display in the MBC car park there was plenty to view and chat over along with the pleasing aroma of a fired up bbq.
Ally Simms, a British Super Bike race team mechanic, was our speaker for the evening. Pastor Mark conducted a short interview with Ally in a well filled hall of nearly 90 people. Ally then brought a short message from the Bible highlighting the story of the rich young ruler along with stories from his motorsport experience. Tea and coffee was flowing helping to wash down a sweet sticky doughnut to conclude an enjoyable evening by all!
